Our mini-hotel, which has just 7 rooms, is ideally suitable for accommodation of the participants and visitors of the exhibitions in Crocus Expo and events in Crocus City Hall. Also those who don’t like living in the urban bustle but need to have an opportunity to get to any place of the capital in short time can stay here.

This mini-hotel is located in a small two-storeyed Finnish wooden cottage in the guarded territory of the club settlement “Rublevo-Myakinino”. It’s situated just in 250 meters from the embankment of the Moscow-river; a little further away there is a Zhivopisnaya bay with equipped beaches. It’s very silent, quiet and prestigious place, and one can’t believe, that he stays at a distance of only half a kilometer from the megacity border and is able to get to the metro station just in 8 minutes.

Every day we provide free transfer of guests to and from the Crocus Expo.

We have three double rooms and four triple rooms.

Free Wi-Fi are available in all rooms.

Double lux

There are two spacious (24 sq.m.) and full of light rooms on the second floor of a cottage with a snow - white furniture. The walls are decorated with wood in light tones. There is a big bathroom with a shower cabin, capacious sliding-door wardrobe in a hall, 2 separate beds, which can be put together at your desire, work desk, LCD-TV with DVD, mini-safe, kettle, tea, hair dryer in every room. Dressing gowns, bed-clothes and towels are provided free of charge. If necessary, we can put one more bed in the room.

Four cozy spacious rooms (16 sq.m each) are located on two floors. There is a furniture in dark noble tones, the walls are decorated with wood in light tones. There is 3 separate beds, spacious wardrobe for clothes, work desk, LCD-TV, mini-safe, kettle, hair dryer in every room, kettle in the hall, 1 shared WC for 2 rooms.

We have tried to provide all Your possible wishes:

We work round the clock, so you can book a place, check in or check out at any time convenient for You.
There is a large kitchen-living room with very big table at your disposal. There is everything necessary for cooking and food storage in the kitchen.
We have upholstered furniture, big TV-set with DVD player and karaoke in a drawing room.
You can go out to a spacious verandah from the drawing room and relax in cosy armchairs, enjoying silence and impressive views of the Moscow-river.
For younger guests there is a great playground.
There are 3 free of charge places for parking right in front of the cottage. If necessary we can help you to rent a car.
Within 2-3 minute walk there is food-court in a building of "Auchan”, where you can always try a delicious, varied and cheap meals.
In the territory of our minihotel you can independently cook shish kebab or barbecue, if necessary we will give you charcoal and brazier. At any time You can buy soft drinks and beer at our administrator.
We accept for payment cards VISA and MasterCard.
If you ask us we can arrange Your transfer from any Moscow airport, railway or bus station and back, and also provide a taxi for trips in the city.
If You need to make Russian visa, invitation or registration in Moscow - please contact us.
We will help You to organize excursions, book tickets to the theatres and exhibitions.

DISCOUNTS

Children up to 5 years inclusive without a separate bed stay free of charge.
Children from 6 to 11 years old inclusive get a discount on accommodation at a rate of 30 %.
Groups of guests (from 10 persons and more) are given a 10 % discount.
A discount of 10 percent is available to those who permanently live in a hostel (more than 15 days under condition of advance payment).
